  I want to thank the very helpful employee today who helped me understand the Amazon return policy. As an older person, I am not too good in technology and had my scannable document on a flash drive. He printed it out for me and explained to me that this item could only be returned by Whole Foods because of the code on the document. He spent his time explaining to me what was going on and what to do......I will from now on go to this UPS store whenever it is possible with such excellent customer service!

  This store used to be decent, but the people who work there now are unfriendly, condescending, and unable to treat people kindly. Thankfully, there are other UPS stores one off of 41st St. and the one off of 51st St. that offer stellar service with extremely friendly and competent team members. I would highly recommend not visiting this UPS store unless you are absolutely desperate to drop something off.

  This UPS store always provides professional and friendly service, and the store is kept organized and clean. They stand out as the best UPS store I've been to.

  I had a "not good" experience here! The Staff person treated my package like it was worthless...I asked for some tape to secure my prepaid shipping label, and he taped it so the label was hanging halfway off of the box and then literally threw it in the bin!! Good thing I packaged it well prior to arriving. Worst UPS location personally I have been to ever. I hope to God my package makes it in on piece!
