  If I could this store zero star. I would happily do so. I had to deliver my keys for a closing in Chicago. My keys get their with contents open and my keys not in packet. I go to store to file claim only store manager Blake knows how to file claim. I had to call him as no one at store informed him to call back in customer missing stuff from package. I send 2nd package on July 27 with 2nd set of keys for my closing in July 31.The package has still not reached Illinois it went to Canada and hopefully will get to Illinois. My closing happened in July 31. We had to arrange locksmith to open home . On following with UPS store I was again informed that store manager was out on a birthday leave and their is no ETA and store does not know how to file claim. These are very important packages I called corporate UPS office they seem to be disconnected on how to help. Is this the company and store to send important packages. You folks decide

  Come here all the time. Most of the time the experience is good but a new hire named Jake was incredibly rude. Made a stink about giving me a new envelope on a prepaid UPS label I had purchased already. And then told me they do not have recycling or trash to discard scraps from an envelope. None of this is over and above what is expected for an employee at a UPS store

  I want to thank the very helpful employee today who helped me understand the Amazon return policy. As an older person, I am not too good in technology and had my scannable document on a flash drive. He printed it out for me and explained to me that this item could only be returned by Whole Foods because of the code on the document. He spent his time explaining to me what was going on and what to do......I will from now on go to this UPS store whenever it is possible with such excellent customer service!
