  Unhelpful staff if the manager isn't around. No ability to make a call on releasing packages. Had to deny my package because staff could only hold my package till Monday so the manager could give the call. The shift lead heavily suggested that they would likely also deny me. Hope you never missinput your address and find yourself here.

  Of course i dont have the mounds of trash Amazon envelopes with me to ship required electronics back to Amazon. Why do we have to purchase a shipping supply to ship UPS ground when it can easily go into a UPS envelope/package/etc. Employee Kai, following The UPS Store (private owner) policy could not help without purchase of supplies to ship the returns free to me as an Amazon customer (less time, expense and nonsense to get this done). He did at least explain it to me before walking out of site for the remaining time I was in the store while others slouched and sat on the back shipping counter. Still going to choose the convenience of online shopping (duh), returns are a part of it all, but let's make a more seamless transaction experience for days when we need a quick & easy ship please! Yes, I will have my supplies next time free of charge to The UPS Store.
