Parking is very inadequate. Which seems to be a known issue considering every other business in the area has signs posted saying no UPS parking.
This location also doesn’t seem to be aware that you can make appointments online. We made a notary appointment but when we got there we were informed that there wasn’t a notary there that day. The person we spoke with actually said he wasn’t aware you could book appointments online and said in the future we need to call before coming over to confirm, which seems to make an appointment pretty useless

Extremely pro-active and resourceful as he offered to help me tape up a box I was having trouble with, and was kind, professional, and friendly. I’ll keep coming back to this place for the service - and the people working here make that happen. Thank you for hiring excellent staff.

The UPS Store in Austin is consistently excellent and my go-to for all shipping and printing needs. The staff is always friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful no matter how straightforward or complex your request might be. Everything is handled quickly and with great care and I have never had a single issue with any of my shipments. The store is well organized and offers a wide range of services that make life so much easier. It is the kind of reliable, no-fuss service you can always count on. Highly recommended.

Great UPS - good humans work here which is always refreshing!
This location has been temporarily closed since last week. The day after a package I paid to have held there arrived, specifically. I did that to make sure I got it quickly since it requires a signature. Chose a vendor with fast shipping, too. And I still don't have it, days after I would have gotten it if I'd left it alone. It looks like something happened to the building and they are doing repairs, so no judgement about it being closed but there should be a way to get my package back. It's just sitting in there, and there's no response to calls or emails to figure out how to retrieve it. Fingers crossed.

The store did respond to the email, and made arrangements for everyone to get their packages out. Much appreciated, especially under the circumstances.
