  I made a notary appointment for 2:30pm today and when I showed up, I was told the notary they had on staff just got on a 30 minute call and suggested driving to another UPS store. When I told them I had made an appointment, they didn't even seem to know you could do that online and one person said they may get an email about it, but clearly they don't care to act on them. There is a similar review from about 2 months ago complaining of the same issue, so I guess they decided to not to anything about it.

  I’ve been using the UPS Store on W. 34th as an extension of my office for over 20 years. I’ve almost always had a good experience, but during a recent fire drill I had very strong support from the store manager, Jacob. Jacob was calm and confident and had good people skills. I had to deliver 2 packages of legal documents ,surveys & easements in duplicate & notarized. I fired off several emails to print and came in ready to start putting them together I walked in & Jacob had both complete sets waiting / exactly as requested. He listened and then he delivered, calmly and confidently and correctly. UPS you have a winner here

  I have to say THANK YOU to the entire crew at UPS’s 34th St. location for taking care of 2 very time sensitive contracts. Their notary was able to walk me through each contract, making sure everything was signed and completed, and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. The documents required witnesses and, in between helping other customers, the other staff members provided witness signatures without hesitation. This has been my “go-to” UPS store for many years and they have never let me down. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of me so quickly that day!
