  Very smooth. I’ve come here before and the previous time was also to get notary. This visit, I arrived towards closing but they were still able to get me in. Fayth took care of me and got me on out the door efficiently. Very cognizant of all the whole store and took care of some other customers while I finished filling out documents so the line wouldn’t get backed up and communicated that to me. Smooth!

  The scale wasn’t zeroed out and read 0.2 ounces. I pointed it out and the worker just said “yeah just put it down” rudely and gave no explanation or assurance that she had corrected it. I didn’t know if they fixed it because the display read in lbs so I couldn’t confirm the actual weight. I recommend boxing yourself bc I paid $20 for that service for two tiny packages… not to mention $50 for ground shipping to California

  Hola hice un envío a su tienda el destinatario fue a recoger y le dicen que lo devolvieron al remitente en el número de rastreo dice q está entregado en la tienda y no ha sido retornado y atención al cliente dice lo mismo . En fin en la tienda dicen no tener el paquete . 1Z0W65G50301766461

  So I walked in today to go ahead and return my package that I had to return back And Kaitlyn or Catherine I believe that was her name she was very very helpful in regards to making sure my package was shipped safe and properly she actually wrapped my whole box and made sure it was secured and I have never had that experience before. Usually people will just tell you stuff is right there and then you know, go ahead and do the stuff on your own, but she made It was taken care of! You are awesome and fast! 🙂🙂🙏🏼

  The store assistant rejected my shipping package simply because it has a brand name (2 small words in the front, everything else blank white like a regular shipping box), when i clearly told her i will be masking it with the shipping label before i proceed. She refused and told me i have to purchase a package from the store. I shipped millions of items before and reused existing packages and by ensuring no branding used, this is the first time i hear you can’t ship unless u purchase a package from the store. Clearly someone doesn’t know how to interpret a policy.
