  Very dishonest service. Rip off for even the smallest services $ 2.50 “ per page “for scanning for 1st 3 pages!!!!!!! Let that sink in Ridiculous pricing when the store owner initially told me “ it’s 2.50 for first 3 pages” which made it sound at first like they are charging you 2.50 in total for first 3 pages It was a trap when he said that the way he said that Customs want transparent pricing when you speak to them . He could have said it’s 2.99 times 3 pages . That would have made me not go ahead with the scanning and they don’t want that . Do they know play with words This ups store lost a potential repeat customer and many more This is not the usual ups store I go to and made a mistake by stopping here The other UPS store in the same area never charges such exorbitant amounts

  Had a bad experience here and will do my best moving forward (in life) to not use UPS. It’s a small amount of money, but long story short my package is arriving 3-4 days after the expected time. It is in some way out of UPS’ hands, but the honorable thing to do is to make it right with their customer (me) which was not done. Called UPS corporate before calling the store to deal with the issue and she was possibly the rudest representative I’ve ever encountered.. so it isn’t just the store that did me wrong it’s also the way they handle customers at a systemic level. Surprising and appalling overall. Giving 2 stars because the staff (and Patrick) was at least friendly.. Oh, and fun fact, they are charging triple USPS prices. Pro tip: Try USPS first and pay a third of the cost.
