  The workers in this store are always so kind and helpful. Peaches and kitty especially are extra kind when I come in to make sure I get the help I need. Out of all the establishments I’ve ever been to these workers always stand out to me just because they are so happy to be there!

  When I walked in from the heat, I was greeted immediately by Ms. Kitty. I didn’t have to wait at all for assistance. I needed documents printed and laminated, and although the store wasn’t able to produce cards at the moment, Ms. Kitty found a creative workaround. She printed the document, cut the pieces to size, and laminated them so they looked just like professional cards. They are very nice! Her creativity, quick thinking, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit exceptional. I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service and positive attitude.

  The staff in this store are wonderful!! The manager, Nae, was extremely upbeat, courteous, respectful and processed my transaction quickly even though I plundered through the process. The other employee was just as enjoyable as Nae! These folks brightened my day!! I recommend this store very highly!!

  This is by far my favorite UPS Store location! I live a good distance away and have other locations much closer to me in Round Rock and Pflugerville, but I would still rather make the drive to this one because the customer service is consistently worth it. SHAVALYIA has helped me both times I’ve visited, and she has been absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. The other team member I’ve seen working alongside her has been just as welcoming, conversational, and kind. Even while waiting in line, I’ve noticed how the staff takes the time to engage with customers and genuinely tries to help each person as much as possible. That kind of customer service really stands out and is something I truly appreciate. There may be several UPS Store locations closer to me, but this is the one I will continue choosing. The extra drive is definitely worth it!

  I popped in to drop off an Amazon return. I was greeted with the warmest welcome from Nae. I can't remember the last time I met someone so pleasant. There was no line and she processed my dropoff in about 40 seconds. It was a quick trip, but Nae left an impression so strong that I am actually writing a review. I wish more people in customer service had her skills.
