  I called to see if I could mail a passport in an express envelope next day air. Woman who picked up the phone told me no, I need to buy an express box. Well that was a lie because I called another UPS location and they told me yes. I even looked online and it said that documents should be under 8oz to ship Express envelope. Needles to say, I went to that location instead and shipped my passport in an express envelope!

  The driver from one of these UPS locations delivered my package to an Amazon locker but it was empty when I picked it up ut was supposed to be in locker 35 but again its empty and now i cant access my package due to this persons mistake. I filed a claim and they either put it in the wrong locker and didn't properly address it or they took it. Unfortunately I cannot replace it because it is expensive clothes bought from another person.

  The store has plenty of parking and is clean and well maintained. They provide a variety of services and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

  Website said they were open, drove 45 minutes to find out they’re closed on Fathers Day.
