  Shoutout to Nadia and Tyler at The UPS Store for their excellent customer service! They were friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about helping customers, and they both made my experience a great one. Highly recommend this location because of them!

  I frequently attend this location usually dropping off things pre-labeled. Usually a wait but that happens. Today, I had a pre-paid next day air label and a small letter. I didn’t use an envelope from home because I have always been advised to use the supplied next day air envelope from UPS to ensure the correct service. Well, when I tried today a man who was either the manager or owner was very short and simply said they don’t stock a lot of them. I asked again saying it’s supposed to be included with the next day air label. He directed me to get a general envelope from the shelve behind me and then proceeded to charge me almost $6 for it after putting my latter in it and label on it. He clearly doesn’t want to stock the UPS free envelopes so he can squeeze his customers. Well jokes on him because that’s the last time I will use his store. I advise you find an alternate option as well.
