  Cynthia and Thomas were very helpful and friendly. I had soft pillows in a large box and Cynthia came up with a creative way of cutting down my box to a smaller dimension to lower my cost and make my package sturdier. I recommend this location.

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store since it opened and have always had positive experiences—until today. I arrived at 6:02 PM with a prepaid package, not realizing the store closed at 6:00. Staff were still inside assisting customers, and when the door was opened to let someone out, I asked if I could quickly drop off my already-paid package. I wasn’t asking for service—just to leave it. I was told, “Sir, we are closed,” and my package was refused. I understand store hours and the need to close on time. That said, this situation felt unnecessarily rigid given that the package was prepaid and would have taken just a few seconds to accept. A small accommodation would have gone a long way, especially for a long-time customer. Hoping this was just a one-off experience.
