  This might be the best UPS store in Austin? So many UPS stores seem understaffed, or staffed with unhappy/unpleasant employees, or are cluttered and dirty and seem overwhelmed. This location is none of that. Everyone that works here is super friendly and pleasant, and the store itself is always clean, pleasant and tidy. I'm often helped by Kitty, who is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ship stuff fairly often and this is easily the best location I've been to in town.

  2x I have sent emails to them asking for color prints. One time I arrived hours later to find out that their color printer was not working. Not a big deal but would’ve had appreciated a little bit of a heads up or reply from the email. Second time I sent over color print job and came to pick them up next day… Again color printer not working and no heads up from them. Will not be using this UPS store anymore.

  The people are very nice but the artificial fragrance is TOO STRONG. Please get rid of the toxic fragrances. They are not inviting.

  Kristen was excellent! It was super busy and she was so calm and got everything handled for everyone efficiently! Always reliable everytime I come Here and have come for years! Highly recommend!
