  I visit this store quite often. I'm sorry to say but the staff at this Belterra location are not friendly or helpful at all!!!

  Scheduled a notary at this store and received a confirmation. When I got there, they had no notary working and I wasn't notified. I tried this location because the same thing happened at the Dripping Springs location. Avoid both locations if possible.

  I scheduled a notary appointment online and went in at my assigned time. After waiting in line I was told that the notary was on lunch break. I asked why I was allowed to schedule an appointment if they were not there and was dismissed by the very rude young man working the desk and told, " They don't take our schedules into account." When I asked what time the notary would be back he said, "you didn't let me finish" and continued his dismissive attitude. When I asked how late the notary would be working, as I had to return at some point to get my document notarized, he would not give me a time but simply said he would be there until they closed. I left very angry. Upon returning several hours later, nobody was there. I sat, waiting to be greeted, for several minutes before another gentleman wandered up and acknowledged, not greeted, me. He was the notary but could not find his notary kit. I left eventually and will never be back. The store itself was filthy, trash on the floor, etc and the employees were beyond terrible. Take your $ elsewhere. Based on my experience and as someone who has worked in Hospitality for 20+ years this store needs a complete overhaul and staff retrain. It is painfully obvious that they do not care.

  Closed on Friday for Mothers Day?? What kind of nonsense is that? Also they always take forever
