  Terrible. Will never use UPS again. The employees can’t answer a question and told me the cost of shipping was $225. Left and went to Fed Ex office. Great customer service, answered every question and the cost was $95. UPS you are out!

  Google pin is near Jersey Mikes on other side of Belterra. Had to ask for directions. Employees said it happens all the time. Fix your google location? Frustrating. Sounds like it’s been incorrect for a long time.

  I searched this UPS store on google map and went there following the map, but when i reached there, the store was not there. I searched for about 10 mins, and later when I asked somebody, they directed me towards the actual UPS store. This is so shameful that the reputed UPS store is not even able to update their address on map creating confusion to their customers. I wasted my time on 92F temperature looking here and there. This is the wrong address, Wrong address on Map.

  I visit this store quite often. I'm sorry to say but the staff at this Belterra location are not friendly or helpful at all!!!
