    Horrible experience with The UPS Store. I shipped my friend’s work laptop through this store, and the associate packed the laptop themselves. The associate recommended shipping it through USPS and said it was the best option, so I agreed and paid for the shipment. My friend never received the laptop. When we checked the tracking, it only showed “USPS awaiting item,” meaning USPS never scanned or received the package. I went back to the store multiple times. First, they claimed USPS picked up the package. I checked with the post office, and USPS clearly stated they never received it. When I returned to the store again, they said they reviewed their security footage and confirmed USPS picked it up. I asked to see the footage, but the store manager refused and said he would need a warrant to show it to me. A week later, the manager finally admitted that the store accidentally placed the wrong Amazon return label on my package. He said they were trying to work with the Amazon warehouse to recover the laptop. Now it has been more than a month with no updates, and the manager said Amazon only searches for two weeks before stopping. This situation has been extremely frustrating and stressful. Poor handling, misleading information, lack of transparency, and no proper resolution for a very expensive work laptop. I would strongly recommend being very cautious when shipping valuable items through this location.

    It’s so frustrating with this store. My business is around the corner and I want to use them but so frequently I go there for jobs and “the manager is not onsite” and the rest of the staff is clueless about how to print. Other times I have waited or came back but this week it’s happened multiple times. Not any more. Never coming back to this store!!!
