  Find another location!! When I visited this store, the line was outside of the building. When I finally got inside after about 15 minutes of waiting in line, I noticed the only reason the line was getting shorter was because people were giving up and leaving with their packages still in hand, not because they were actually serviced. There was only one staff member and over 15 people in line, the sole staff member was helping someone with a print job for what to have been at least 20 minutes at that point. This is of no fault of the employee, I blame management for staffing such a busy location with such a slim staff. It would’ve already taken a very long time for one person to do help everyone in the store, let alone add a complicated print order to the mix. They should also train their employees to look up at the line and make a better judgment call to cut down on the ever growing line, then go back to the other customer who is taking a bit longer. Retail 101. I had to leave my return package on top of the mountain of returns that were waiting in a pile in the front of the store. It was an unsettling experience and I’m now concerned my package is not in good hands. It was sunken cost fallacy, I left the package because I had waited so long in line already but I’m seriously regretting it as my package has yet to be scanned in as received and it was for quite an expensive return. Give yourself the peace of mind of knowing your package makes it where it is intended to go by choosing a different UPS store.

  Ernesto helped me with printing services. He took extra time to get me what I needed printed, and was extremely helpful!! Such a pleasant experience, and I got exactly what I wanted thanks to him.

  Why am I paying to rent a computer with no visible usb port, it’s in a cabinet, and needing to take a course on how to use their windows machine, just to print a document? One document. One. Document. - in regards to your response. No I didn’t think you do care. And I will not waste anymore time or money dealing with your problem
