  Had to wait 10 min to restart a computer just so I could pay for an Amazon return label, there old method worked better where you emailed them directly and paid.

  Customer service needs improvement for sure. I came here to ship out an item that was less than 1lb to a different state. Not only I felt rushed and unwelcomed but I feel like I almost got ripped off. I got quoted $57 to ship out as the most affordable "option". There was not a reason the package needed to be rushed. Went to the USPS nearby and got quoted $11 for the exact same item and destination.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but this UPS store was exceptional in their customer service. I went to return equipment and was greeted by friendly personnel who immediately steered me in the right direction. No waiting. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable personnel. Exceptional experience.

  Came to the ups store and Teyanna refused to print off the prepaid UPS labels I had in order to allow my shipment. This is a massive waste of time and awful customer service for someone that ships many packages

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for many years and have always had a good experience. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with Micah was very disappointing. She was extremely rude and unprofessional toward me. I hope management addresses this, because this is not the level of customer service I’ve experienced here in the past.
