  Ordered a footlong meatball sub with double protein using the app. My sub only had 4 meatballs on it. Not even the correct amount for a regular sub! Sauce and bread mainly. Sent feedback through the app. Manager contacted me via email stating that the team would be notified about better service in the future. Didn’t get a refund or any offer at all to make things right. I liked this location until now.

  A woman behind the counter was extremely rude from the very moment we walked in. No people skills and no customer service. She seemed to have an attitude and everything that we said or did and we were simply just trying to place our order . She also complained about the customers and how rude they were. At this point I explained to her the common denominator was her and that maybe if she worked on her people skills she may have a better day.

  I went in this past Saturday 5-16 9:30pm for dinner. While ordering the black lady Rani with glasses maybe the manager was very rude and it's happen before. I ask for tomatoes she ignored me. Also the gloves were not changed very dirty. Once she was almost done making sanwhich she threw it. She told me to leave she call police. The next day outside near picnic tables she called police again but I was not on property....police said she was in wrong. The lady is crazy! If she don't like her job she needs to quit. Avoid going to this subway no customer service.
