Mobile ordered and paid for an egg & cheese bfast sandwich here while travelling and they have no eggs apparently. Worst of all - they were unable to give me a refund and told me to "call the app" or stop by another day the manager is there. It took another 10-15min to explain to them how inconvenient it was, to no avail. Subway didn't even give me a refund.
What's the point of doing an online order if they don't even bother to make it. Been sitting here 20min and they haven't even bothered to look at it

Can never get hold of them ever, I made an error with my order and I cant even communicate with them to fix it. Once its ordered thats it we have to deal with it. It’s a useless # it just rings. If i wanted to add or remove something due to my health and that option wasnt online I can’t even communicate it.

Hoy estuve en este subway y un muchacho que me dijo llamarse Jeff , de cara redonda y frente abultada fue muy poco amable conmigo. Me trató como si me estuviera haciendo un favor.. quizás fue porque no domino bien el idioma inglés.. fue una experiencia desagradable.. no recomiendo este lugar.

I want to leave an honest review about this location. It’s very clear that the staff here is extremely understaffed, and that needs to be acknowledged.
There’s a young man with dark hair who often seems to be working by himself, and from what I can tell, he’s very new. You can see he’s still learning, but he is genuinely doing the best he can with what he’s been given. He takes customers one at a time, stays polite, and keeps pushing through even when it’s busy and overwhelming.
Instead of getting frustrated, customers should recognize the situation he’s in. Everyone has had a first job at some point, and learning under pressure—especially without enough help—is not easy.
He deserves patience and kindness, not criticism. A little understanding goes a long way, and being kind costs nothing.
