  How can you be open until midnight and refuse an order that was placed at 11pm? I made an order at 11 for 2 subs some cookies and drinks... it should have been done rather quickly with still time to spare with subways "temporary 9 to 12am hours" but close early? I had a doordash order in and it took approximately 45mins for me to find out ohhhh look subway hates money lets cancel the order. This is purely unprofessional and rude as hell especially when it comes to people who work late and make an order because of these so called hours given.

  Picked up my sandwich, got home to find that the rotisserie chicken was literally ice cold. Not warmed up then cooled down, straight from the fridge. Why would you serve a customer a sandwich like this? Mind blowing.

  What's the deal with that angry lady that works there? She locked the door yesterday and wouldn't let me get my pre-paid order for 12 minutes while I waited and knocked on the door. We used to love this location and the friendly staff, but something is wrong here. I'll be going to the location on Mesa from now on. They are friendly and make really great sandwiches there. THIS LOCATION SHOULD JUST CLOSE AT THIS POINT!! Why does management only respond to the good reviews on here???

  I arrived at 11:40am (Friday July 24, 2026) to pick up my online order and the door was locked to the store. After standing there a while, a girl that seemed to dislike her job (by the look on her face) opened the door and let me in then walked back behind the counter without saying a word. I then said my name and she handed me a bag that felt almost empty. I tried to exit back to my car but the store door was locked again and I couldn't get it to open for a good minute. When I opened it up to to see my 6" sub I had paid for, it was only 5 inches long and hardly had anything in it. This store has been good in the past but now it's horrible and this woman needs to be disciplined.
