  I mobile ordered. Apparently the sweet onion sub comes with lettuce. I saw her making my sandwich,I confirmed it was my sandwich and told her I didn't want lettuce. She tells me it was on the ticket and to have a seat. She said she'll call it out when it's ready. If your customer is telling they don't want something on their sandwich, that shouldn't be the response. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!
