  Went to grab a meatball sub and Alexis was there to help me out. She had an awesome personality with quick wit. Very knowledgeable of the menu too

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Alexis, the manager at this Subway. She consistently provides some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. In fact, I go out of my way to visit this specific location because of how welcoming, professional, and friendly she is every time I come in. Alexis always greets customers with a positive attitude, keeps the restaurant running smoothly, and makes sure orders are prepared correctly. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her customers and her team. Her leadership creates a great atmosphere, and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. It’s rare to find someone who is so consistently kind, attentive, and dedicated. Employees like Alexis are the reason customers keep coming back. She is an incredible manager and a true asset to Subway. Thank you, Alexis, for always making every visit a great one!

  The manager named Alicia is amazing. She remembers my order and is always very friendly. Even while holding the conversation she still makes the order faster than most.

  I come in almost every day for lunch and most of the time I always see Alexis. She is absolutely amazing and greets me by name everytime I come in there and always has my orders down pat. The customer service from her is outstanding and is what always has me coming back!

  Alexis is always very nice and professional and does it with a smile! Met Ali today and he also is very professional and courteous. Keep up the great service. I just had a bad customer service encounter before I came here and it is refreshing to know there are businesses that know how to treat customers!
