I have mixed reviews about the service when I first visited the establishment. The gentleman was engaged in an activity with his hands and proceeded to put on gloves without washing his hands beforehand. He then proceeded to make my sandwich. Despite this, I’m willing to give them another chance and return to try their food again. However, I must emphasize the importance of handwashing, even before putting on gloves.

They did not pack my sandwich properly. As I was carrying my order, my sandwich's fell of the bag that was wet and not strong enough. My food got dirty and high I can't take to my kids to eat. I asked them to take care of my order. Their reaction was not appropriate. They argued if this happens another time they will not redo my order. I told them if they do their job correctly of course it will not happen. They were rude and not professional. They do not have a name tag and refused to give me their names or their manager name. When I insisted one of them gave me her name :
Janine, specially this lady “Janine” so rude and unprofessional she needs to learn how to treat customers,the other one ignored me and left. This is a bad reputation for subway. How can employees not have a name tag nor willing to share their name with the customer.
I have been a customer for several years. And it is not the first time that happens. It is really bad for the business.
