  Steven Funk's Allstate Insurance Agency has handled my auto and home insurance coverage for 25 years. Throughout that period he has kept my coverage secure and economical. In fact, he contacts me every 2 years to review those coverages. Last month during our most recent auto coverage review, he was able to lower my cost slightly - this at a time when everthing else costs more. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with the Funk Agency and recommend it wholeheartedly. Stramer White

  I've been the Funk Family Agency for around two years. As with any insurance company, there have been some hiccups around coverage, but overall the customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend working with Dylan!

  If I could give a O negative, I would. To make a long story short: I was a customer for over 1 year, until I recently canceled all policies. Chris Funk gave me a new policy along with a new quote. Chris Funk stated if I owe anything he would call me asap. I phoned him (Chris Funk), stated you don’t owe anything. The next contact I received was a Collection Agency stating I owe $44. I was never aware of the Bill, because (Chris Funk) never contacted me. I Always paid my polices 6 months. I phoned and spoke to (Evelyn Espinoza) and told her, which I was still with them. (Evelyn Espinoza), stated oh yeah, you can pay me! I paid the $44, and told her this is how you treat your customers! I had to contact the Collection Agency. Mean while (ChrisFunk Funk) laughed, and said he has never been in a Collection Agency before, and it’s his fault he didn’t contact me, still laughing. I asked to speak to (Steven Funk), never returned my call. I cancelled all policies and received my refund! Allstate (Steven Funk) unprofessional, doesn’t know how to communicate to its customers, will send you to Collections when you are still with them paid n full, hard to reach someone at that location, will laugh in your face and say ignorant remarks. The worst Allstate (Steven Funk) company, don’t use, I repeat don’t use for anything!!

  Charged me for 5 years of renters insurance when I lived in the Apartment for 2 years. They owe me 3 years worth of “Renters Insurance” due to the fact that I bought a House in 2023. They have been charging me every year without a phone call to confirm anything. Now I cant get a hold of them and they owe me for 2024 and 2025. Allstate refunded 2026. Do not do business with this firm.
