  Charged me for 5 years of renters insurance when I lived in the Apartment for 2 years. They owe me 3 years worth of “Renters Insurance” due to the fact that I bought a House in 2023. They have been charging me every year without a phone call to confirm anything. Now I cant get a hold of them and they owe me for 2024 and 2025. Allstate refunded 2026. Do not do business with this firm.

  I’ve had nothing but bad experiences as a person that’s been insured with both auto and homeowners insurance for 6 years. I was involved in an accident that was not my fault and I was told to call the other parties workplace and investigate their coverage myself to “speed things up” or it could take “years to resolve”. I was denied any and all roof coverage even after having the extended actual replacement value coverage for the age of my roof. The office also never returns calls and is effectively unreachable.

  Have had Car , Home & Life for up until I'm too old for Life insurance. Very happy with Steve and his team for over 20 years.

  Brandon was so helpful and quick! He deserves a raise with all the flood claims that will be happening! So excited to be with Allstate, and for years to come
