  After reading some of the reviews I was worried about the customer service here, but they were really excellent! They did not have the exact purse I was looking for but they showed me many others that were similar. They then ordered the one I was looking for, of course with free shipping. I would recommend the store for the selection and customer service

  This is by far my favorite Saint Laurent boutique. I come from MALIBU so I was used to shopping at the tinier boutique located inside of Saks Fifth Avenue. But this boutique is just wonderful, and has the best service. I recently had to drop off a damaged envelope with Logan, and he was super kind during the whole process. Go shop with Logan! You will not regret it!!!

  Bought some jeans from YSL only to find my phone and wallet didn’t fit well due to the rise being higher than I liked. I only noticed this after I wore them and sat down in them (real world not in a dressing room). LC was super patient to exchange them out and got me the exact rise and style I really needed. Excellent service and store personnel. Ignore the other reviews about poor service or feeling intimidated. This store has personnel that are attentive and prompt in finding you exactly what you need. Will easily shop here again.

  I visited this store two weeks ago, and the experience was amazing! I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for, but Logan (I hope I have the name right) was incredibly patient and took the time to show me every bag that matched my preferences. I definitely look forward to returning the next time I’m in town!
