  My girlfriend and I stopped by the YSL store in Austin after a full day of shopping, and the experience was outstanding. We ended up picking out a beautiful handbag along with a couple of fragrances, and Christina made the entire visit memorable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed. We actually ran into an issue where our bank locked our card because we had made several purchases throughout the day. While we called the bank to verify it was really us and not fraud, Christina couldn't have been more understanding. She patiently waited, continued helping us, and never made us feel like we were holding things up. That level of customer service is hard to find. Christina made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish, and her professionalism really stood out. Luxury shopping should feel personal, and she absolutely delivered. A huge thank you to Christina for taking such great care of us. We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in Austin.

  After reading some of the reviews I was worried about the customer service here, but they were really excellent! They did not have the exact purse I was looking for but they showed me many others that were similar. They then ordered the one I was looking for, of course with free shipping. I would recommend the store for the selection and customer service
