  I am normally not the one to write a poor review on someone that easy. If you buy the policy from them be prepared for frustration. Turns out that one person ( in my case happened to be Javier) makes a proposal for you and signs you up for all your insurance policy. 2 weeks later Allstate changes your rates and bumps up your premium (whole another issue why the quote was misrepresented to me--regardless that is not the issue). Here is the part be very careful with. This person will never return your calls despite leaving messages for you. Will write you a long email stating that now you are not his problem and someone else in the office will be assigned. My advise- find someone else, they are not trustworthy. I am planning on changing my agent.

  Melissa was fantastic in walking me through all of the options and details, and answering all of my questions. Very thorough and patient, and we left with exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this office, and to ask for her!
