  I paid off the balance of this in January. I even got a thank you letter saying I was All Paid Up. Apparently, that was not enough as now they are bugging me for a late fee on a $0 balance. Terrible and not even funny.

  Run. Do not waste your time with Mike Hammer. I have been a client for over 10 years and they have proved that “All good things come to an end.” He and his agency at this point does not deserve a“⭐️” Ever since Alisha who was fabulous left working for his agency, the quality of service such as doing a policy review prior to renewal stopped since Alisha left, not listening to what the customer is asking or wanting to make changes to their policy and then making the wrong change. The list goes on with lots of mistakes. If you like a guy who talks like a used car salesman and does not listen, then this is the place for you. His rating as “elite agent” should be removed from his website.

  Mike Hammer and Associates have been excellent insurance agents which is why I have been with them since 1992.

  Not thrilled. We've been with Allstate for 10 years with Mike as our agent. Fortunately, we've never had issues that involve filling claims up until this week. We had a damaging wind storm, so i called him up to see what we needed to do next. We didn't get an answer, and when someone called us back finally over 24 hours later, it was to peddle a life insurance policy. No mention of the severe storm or subsequent damage to our home. Good to know that if you ever need him, Mike will be there -- with his hand out.
