  Gionina’s expertise on my policy updates were amazing! Too bad there’s only 5 stars. She patiently explained my plan and was able to get my policy enhanced as well as providing guidance regarding more ways to receive more discounts, which I sincerely appreciate. I truly feel I’m in good hands !

  I have been with Allstate for several years now and they provide excellent service. I had a claim that was seamless and when I came up for premium renewal Hasana provided excellent service. She is detailed oriented, polite, and provides very timely responses. Highly recommend this agency.
