  Hasana is amazing. two months back I had to get my car towed away for no charge in my e-vehicle. Today I emaile dher as I was not sure where to sumit, she reponded me in less than 30 second to send her the receipt and she will submit it for me. Where do you find such professional service. Kudos for her professionalism

  I have been with Allstate for many years. My rate continued to increase every renewal. When I questioned why, your answer was always that's the best rate you could give me. I had not gotten a ticket since 1995! Haven't had an at fault accident with another vehicle ever. I had to change due to my fixed income. I love Allstate and hated to leave.
