  wish i could give less than one star - got a notification that said my live animal package was ready for pick up at 7:42a. promptly drive over there only to find out they don’t open until 9a. tried reaching out to customer service and they were unhelpful and rude. finally walk in to pick up package at 9a and she says i can’t have my package until they finish sorting which could be whenever, no indication of how much longer. i questioned the verbiage of the messages i got she couldn’t care less. horrible experience and service all around.
