Wow reading the reviews I feel totally validated. I also had a nightmare trying to get a package that required a signature. I tried for two weeks to get my package and it was always on a truck. I stayed home all day for the package twice and never received a knock or attempted delivery. I had to go to a different FedEx location that was gated where I waited in the rain for someone to help me at an intercom and spent nearly an hour or more both times and still couldn’t get my package. The third time I waited the longest and did get it. Unfortunately I have a full time job so I can’t just waste this much time trying to get a package. If I had known I would have just driven two hours away to pick it up myself.

Spoke with Brittany on the management team to get an issue sorted out with a package, she was very helpful and was able to get the issue sorted out! Corporate, if you read this, give this woman a raise! She did great!

This hub location is the worst. They have bungled two signature deliveries to Bastrop from the same sending company. I drove an hour and a half round trip for the first when they said it was held only to arrive and be told it was sent back. On the second, they lied about no one being home then would not accommodate a day the same week we would be home. The sending company called to authorize a final attempt, tracking indicated a delivery and the package never left the hub. Total clown show

Michael went above and beyond in helping me send out important documents. Truly excellent customer service! I had lost my receipt and really needed the tracking number. When I came back a few hours later, even though it was busy, he took the time to assist me, locate the tracking number, and reprint the receipt without any hassle. Huge thanks to him!
