  Just because you have a product return that says to drop off at any FEDEX/Kinko location you should call 1st. I have been refused on multiple items and forced to schedule a pickup or drop off at a FEDEX distribution center. Very inconvenient and time consuming

  Always an awful experience. Poor customer service. Staff is slow and rude. The few times that I’ve been helped by anyone who seems to know what they were doing, they always had an attitude. My recommendation to all readers: go somewhere else if you can. If anyone from management reads this: find new staff at this location. Every other ship center in town is better than this one.
