  Always an awful experience. Poor customer service. Staff is slow and rude. The few times that I’ve been helped by anyone who seems to know what they were doing, they always had an attitude. My recommendation to all readers: go somewhere else if you can. If anyone from management reads this: find new staff at this location. Every other ship center in town is better than this one.

  This place used to be my go to location for hazardous materials shipping, which I occasionally need to do for work. Unfortunately, on my last visit I was informed that this location is no longer equipped to handle hazardous materials shipping, and that hazardous materials shipments will need to be handled over the phone moving forward.
