  Bad customer service. Walked in all 4 people in there didn’t greet or say hi. Look like they were in their own little world, not paying attention who was walking in. A few minutes later, a Hispanic man comes up to the front and tells another man that’s waiting in line. Can I help you instead of helping me first that I had been there waiting? I was like hello I was here first can you help me? And his response was oh, I didn’t see you. What do you need? Look like he didn’t really want to help me kind of slided me a measuring tape at me and literally said go to that wall anns measure what u want and email to that email right here, instead of him helping me out with sizes on poster boards. I was so mad that he couldn’t even bother to say hey mam, these are the sizes we what other things were you looking for etc. Felt like he just wanted me out of there. Bad customer service on all of them there that saw me walk in.

  Everything centers around customer service because I have the option to go anywhere. Mehki was fast, friendly, professional and efficient. That’s all I ask is for all those boxes to be checked and he did it. We ship a lot of boxes. Mehki will keep me coming back to FedEx.

  Our phones had both died and we were trying to find a store nearby. Not only did this location offer directions-they printed us a map!!! Nice to know there is still a neighborly vibe in Austin. 🩷

  It's actually hilarious how the people here really really want you to pay 4 bucks so they can fill your box with paper, even after I packed my box they insisted. Guess I'll try another location
