  Loly is AMAZING! Helped me ship out very important documents for my mom’s social security. I even had to come back to change something they stopped the envelope from going out and saved the day. The whole team was very welcoming always saying hi any bye and even though I was so stressed they made me feel a lot better knowing all the details were double checked and ready to go.

  This review is specifically for Amber! She went above & beyond her job duties. I was unable to have my package delivered because my building doesn’t allow FedEx & the shipper wouldn’t change the address to be held at a FedEx location. Amber spent an an extremely long amount of time trying to contact the local FedEx warehouse so that I could get my package. The BEST FedEx employee I’ve come across hands down!! Honestly if all the employees were hardworking and kind like Amber, FedEx wouldn’t be so disliked!
