  Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping distributor. They sent my package to the wrong address and then took it back to a ground facility where it was then supposed to be sent to this Fed ex store where I requested it to be held. It never arrived at this location and I called today and they said that my package is no where in the system but obviously it is… because I have a tracking id and all the information about it. I needed this package a week ago and it never showed up. Never use fed ex again.

  I had such a crazy day delivering between UPS and FedEx. Thankfully I was taken care of by Michelle and Neil. Going between both places showed a stark difference in customer service. I am forever grateful for the care this team had from helping me get heavy packages out of my car to returning all of them on a hot August day. Everyone in the store greeted me with a warm smile and answered all of my questions thoroughly. You guys rock!!! Thank you for making my day ❤️

  Michelle has been helping me print and ship for the last two years. Her customer service is unmatched. 10/10 recommend Michelle at this fedex for your important things

  Very patient and helpful team with self printing services! I had a great experience this morning printing a handful of items each that required different paper snd page set-up. The team was very kind, instructive and patient.

  I had a terrible interaction with a guy named Nick. Nick was extremely unhelpful and downright dismissive on a job that was misprinted and did not try to offer any support and just a horrible horrible interaction. I highly recommend avoiding this location due to the customer support like Nick.
