  Mario at FedEx went above and beyond for my team. He turned around a quick print job for us, and when we realized there was an issue with our own content afterward (nothing to do with his work), he jumped right back in and helped us with a second rush print. He was patient, fast, and genuinely kind about squeezing us in on short notice. Thank you, Mario, for saving the day! We will definitely be back.

  Neil was quick to help me with my printing job. I was a bit stressed and had been waiting for his colleague to bring me the correct paper to the self-service station (I was on a deadline) and Neil assisted me on my print job with urgency and good humor. He was reprimanded for helping me out using FedEx’s printers (non-self service ones), when those were reserved for other jobs. He promptly switched to self-service printers and not once did his spirits drop. I really appreciate his care and attention and wish all people —myself included— brought Neil’s energy to their work

  I print at FedEx all the time across US/CA, and I absolutely love this location! They helped me out when I was in a total bind and needed urgent printing done fast. Huge shout out to Penny, who is honestly the most lovely person I've ever met at a FedEx. She was so personable and so much fun to work with. Purchased an adorable birthday card while I was there too. Thank you so much, Penny, for everything you did :)

  I go to this location several times a week. I cannot tell you incredible the customer service is on every visit. If you’re looking for the same experience ask for Penny…hands down rock star. They all are but Penny will show you how customer service should be
