  Beaux had very snooty attitude today when I went in today around 1pm. He didn’t allow me the opportunity to choose the shipping method before abruptly saying “ o it’s 14.00 and that’s all we have and it’ll be there tomorrow “ which I knew was a complete lie but instead went along with his immature behavior.

  DON'T PRINT ANYTHING HERE, unless you intend to spend the day and waste your time at this fabulous location. Their printing service takes 5-10 minutes just to send you a confirmation code so you can actually print the files you sent to their email. And the employees tell you this with a smile like it's the most normal thing in the world. Absolute waste of time, will never use Fedex to print anything ever again

  I thought I’d add to the reviews about the poor customer service. I unfortunately have to drop off here often for work, and have found every single visit a different employee to be very short. It feels like I’m a nuisance. A greeting and thank you when you leave is all you need to avoid reviews like this. I will do my best to steer my work place towards UPS express, as I feel the lack of common kindness with its employees is unfortunately a reflection on the business itself.
