  Everyone is always so welcoming- every time I come in … you see every staff member make an effort to welcome somebody in - no matter how busy they are! A huge thanks to Daniel. He always helps me. And today was especially meaningful because he helped me get the price of my package down to make it more affordable for me and I really really appreciated that- it meant a lot!

  Staff were useless and unhelpful. It’s not actually a print shop. They just sent me to a kiosk to do it on my own without printer paper. Avoid

  Easy, although expensive to ship next day the worker gave me plenty of options within my budget to get my package there within a couple days

  Used their printing services to make some brochures for work. The turnaround was so speedy and every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Thanks Andrew and team for the great experience!

  My experience was terrible. I had a shipping account they could not sync it... it took over a hour and I finally said IDC just ship it without an account and they could not figure it out. The only guy who was semi helpful and attempted to help me was Nathan. I left and went to UPS around the corner and they got it shipped in 5 minutes and it was way cheaper.... FEDEX app deleted will never go back again!!
