  Employees here are typically helpful and productive. Shipping and online services are trash. They are dishonest about pricing, deceptive about shipments, and inflate costs and weight for packages. Then, if you try to report illicit behavior, they make it extremely difficult for you to contact them or report issues. I had a business account with them, but closed it due to this behavior.

  I will avoid this place as much as possible. Not necessarily FedEx, but definitely this store. The good: Convenient location Clean and seems well organized The woman that takes the passport picture is kind and helpful The bad: Parking is a little tight during busy periods A little expensive, but paying for convenience in some cases The service from a particular clerk I can see why this FedEx Office has the 2.7 rating it does. The man at the counter with his FedEx polo didn't communicate well and when he did it was snarky. I explained this was my first time using the service. I asked if the package, a Tyvek mailer (like the kind USPS uses for their Priority Mail) was okay to use with FedEx. He didn't say no he simply pulled out a poly mailer, put my sealed package in the poly mailer, scanned the label and charged me for the, according the FedEx guidelines online, wasn't necessary. I get it, people have bad days and I don't know what was going on his life, but he didn't know what was going on in mine either. I didn't walk into that store and act like a um, dork, to a member of the general public. Also I wasn't in a customer-facing position, paid to be at my best. So while I didn't take the time to write this review, I'll reinforce the message by spending my money anywhere else. Fortunately there's no reason I have to return. There are other drop off locations, other office stores (the UPS store on S. Congress is awesome) and I can request FedEx pick up. I choose to go where the people are pleasant. I hope someone else's experience is better.

  Incredibly rude and unwelcoming staff. Ryan spoke to me condescendingly, dismissed mine and other customers questions, and had an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing the staff just by being there. It turned a routine errand into an unnecessarily frustrating experience.
