  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very large document scanning project at the FedEx Office in Bee Cave, and I cannot say enough good things about Shelby. This was a massive job involving hundreds of pages and numerous files, and she went far above and beyond what I expected. Not only did Shelby carefully scan everything, but she also took the time to organize and label every file clearly, making the final product incredibly easy to navigate. She put everything neatly on a jump drive and ensured the entire project was completed accurately and professionally. Her customer service was absolutely impeccable. Shelby maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process, was attentive to every detail, and made what could have been a stressful project completely seamless. FedEx is fortunate to have someone like Shelby on their team. She is a true professional, a great asset to the company, and an example of what outstanding customer service looks like. Highly recommend the Bee Cave FedEx Office, and if you have the opportunity to work with Shelby, you’re in excellent hands!

  The workers here are always so friendly and helpful. Great customer service!They do not charge for printing a label or taping a package. UPS does.

  I came here to Fed Ex Office to design my business cards. Ryan was very helpful through the process answering questions and keeping in contact with me. All employees are very helpful and nice. Go above and beyond to make sure everything is the way I wanted it.🙏🙏

  Been going here for years - customer service excellence, & nice place for printing. Only thing I would change is the parking. There are a couple of spots out front but if they are taken, all of the other spots in the lot are very small and it can be tricky backing out because they're all so close together.

  The printing service at this location is awesome. My print orders are always spot on, and ready well before the designated pick-up time, sometimes just after I place my online order.
