  Yesterday I had an urgent print job that unexpectedly fell in my lap. Eric was so helpful on the phone letting me know where to email the files to and they had the project completed faster than expected AND with fantastic customer service! This particular location seems to consistently have fantastic customer service which is why I will drive the extra distance to come to this one vs the one closer to my home. I really appreciate you guys!

  Bruce is the BEST! Location was absolutely slammed and he still very patiently helped me troubleshoot a huge booklet to get it ready for print. Calm, professional, kind, and capable. Truly—employees like him are what keep me coming back to this FedEx from across town. I hope FedEx understands how much customers value face to face expertise like this and compensate him well for it. All hail Bruce!

  I will drive from anywhere in Austin to make copies, complete a project or mail something from this location. The manager Eric and the other staff have always been extremely helpful and kind.

  Eric and Mari provided exceptional service. They made the process quick and easy. I wish every FedEx was ran like this location. Will definitely be back for all of my shipping needs.
