  They was one employee who when communicating to me, did not even look me in the the face nor greeted me. When I brought it to another employee’s attention he made sure to do better than his colleague. The understand that they were busy and it had been a long day but as a Customer, I still deserve to be fretted and spoken to properly.

  Horrible experience. I express shipped my package to another state, and it didn’t arrive on time Then, when I called to inquire about the whereabouts on my package, Samir, would not help me locate my package & told me to go back to the store in Austin, TX for help when I was in New Orleans. When I told her I was out of the state, she told me she couldn’t help me & hung up. Extremely dissatisfied.

  I am so new to this kind of stuff, but I had an urgent print job, needed a large foam board mounted poster for and event. Ally and Axel in this location went above and beyond to help me with it and had it ready in mere minutes! And it's PERFECT! I'm going nowhere else for anything I need in the future. This location is amazing! Thank you sooo much.
