  Horrible experience. I express shipped my package to another state, and it didn’t arrive on time Then, when I called to inquire about the whereabouts on my package, Samir, would not help me locate my package & told me to go back to the store in Austin, TX for help when I was in New Orleans. When I told her I was out of the state, she told me she couldn’t help me & hung up. Extremely dissatisfied.

  I am so new to this kind of stuff, but I had an urgent print job, needed a large foam board mounted poster for and event. Ally and Axel in this location went above and beyond to help me with it and had it ready in mere minutes! And it's PERFECT! I'm going nowhere else for anything I need in the future. This location is amazing! Thank you sooo much.

  Went to ship something small and the price was pretty high ($38) but needed it shipped so decided to. But then I was asked to scan my driver's license as a requirement to ship. A requirement that is a result of the Austin bombings I was told. BS. Went to a USPS kiosk and shipped for $18 and no ID requirement.

  I use this facility almost every day and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and always willing to go the extra step to make sure my needs are met.
