Horrible, completely unhelpful employees at this so called fedex office, which is inside of a hotel, on the 2nd floor. First, they could nit scan my QR code, to print out a shipping label. Then, when I got them to print out a shipping label for me, the address came out jumbled, and nit very readable. They were completely no help, when I asked the lady if she could help me figure something out. Narcissistic, stuck up snob she was. Then after they scanned in the messed up shipping label, after telling me that everything would be okay, I still did not feel comfortable with it, and wanted my package back, to mail it at a different location, and they refused to give it back to me. Now, I must worry that it will not get delivered to the right address, or possibly get returned to me. The thing that really bothered me though, was their attitude. The lady was just horrible, and as unhelpful as she could possibly get. Doing the bare minimum to be helpful. I really do nit like her attitude. I learned that they told me wrong, and that if the delivery driver can't clearly read the label on the address, then it will probably be returned to sender. My return address was also completely unreadable. I am just so angry with these people. I do not believe that they know what they are talking about, and also very annoyed that this place could not scan a QR code. If my package gets lost, or delivered to the wrong address, then I am going to blame this place for not caring, and being completely unhelpful. I just wanted my package back, and they would not give it back to me after scanning it in.
