  The office is on the 6th floor! Absolutely all services are there - full Fedex! We sent the parcel and they helped us with packaging and choosing a tariff! Thanks to those people who work there!

  UPDATE - Joe and Michael were great in resolving this issue. Thank you both! Baffling. I walked in at 6:01 as a hotel guest who needed something printed. The woman working told me “we’re closed” and refused to give me my finished product. She suggested I email the store to have it shipped… absurd. No flexibility to customers despite me being on-site one minute late. Would not recommend- get some customer service skills!
