Dior actually impressed me—great men’s selection, way better than I expected for Austin. Staff was professional without being stiff, and I ended up buying a saddle bag I definitely didn’t “need” 😅 Quality is obvious the second you touch anything in there. Expensive? Obviously. Regrets? None so far 🖤✨

I am extremely disappointed by the treatment my party and I received at Dior. The doorman, “DC,” had my party of five waiting outside in 90-degree heat while allowing other guests — who he apparently perceived as having more “status” — to enter immediately without any wait.
The experience felt discriminatory, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable, especially in 2026 and from a luxury brand like Dior in a diverse city like Austin. No customer should feel judged or treated differently based on appearance or perceived status.
I attempted to address the issue directly by filing a formal complaint with the store manager, “Leo,” but he made minimal effort to explain the situation or meaningfully address my concerns. Instead of accountability or empathy, I left feeling dismissed.
Luxury shopping should come with professionalism and respect for every customer. Unfortunately, this experience reflected neither. I sincerely hope Dior takes these concerns seriously and improves how customers are treated going forward.

I had the most wonderful experience at Dior! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was pure elegance, but what truly made the visit special was the exceptional service provided by Abby!
I came in looking for a specific handbag but was torn between a few styles. Abby was incredibly knowledgeable, not just about the current stock, but also about the history and craftsmanship of each piece, sharing interesting details about Lady Dior and the Cannage print. So cool, I had no idea!
She was so attentive without being pushy, allowing me to look around comfortably, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I made my purchase. The attention to detail—from the care taken in displaying the bags to the sweet packing of my items—truly made me feel valued. I loved being able to go into the gorgeous private shopping room to take pictures with my new purse afterwards too!
If you are visiting this location, I highly recommend asking for Abby to ensure a seamless, knowledgeable, and enjoyable experience. I left with a beautiful bag and memories of impeccable service. I will definitely be returning! ❤️

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews on here. My wife and I shop at Dior regularly, and it’s literally the only designer store where we truly feel at home. The atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming, never pushy or uncomfortable. We can sit on the sofas, enjoy a glass of champagne, and take our time without ever feeling pressured to buy anything, which is rare in high end retail.
Yachi is our go to every time we visit, and she is absolutely amazing. She makes the entire experience even better with how genuine, attentive, and knowledgeable she is. I really can’t say enough good things about her. This location consistently delivers a top tier experience for us, and it’s the reason we keep coming back.

I've purchased a few items from this store for my girlfriend. I definitely don't look like the type to shop at one of these places but they treated me like I did. Great service. Abby is awesome. She even stayed late waiting for me to finally decide on something. Great place for guys in uncharted territory lol. Thanks Abby!
