Hanson is so great! I do not have much experience sending packages overseas but he was so helpful and thorough with the process - he also made sure to keep me updated with the progress of the package. The whole process was extremely smooth and cannot recommend this location more!

I had a duty/tax payment issue with DHL where I was charged a significant amount and later informed that I would receive a partial refund.Despite being told the refund would be processed, I have not received it even after several months. I have followed up multiple times and was repeatedly transferred between billing and duty departments without receiving a clear resolution. At one point, I was told the refund had been escalated and to allow time for processing, but there has been no update or refund since then. I also received confirmation that the case was being handled internally, but there has been no visible progress or communication regarding the actual refund. Overall, the experience has been frustrating due to the lack of coordination between departments and the absence of a clear timeline or outcome. I hope DHL improves how these cases are tracked and resolved so customers are not left waiting indefinitely.
