  I had to send an international package, which can normally be a super overwhelming and stressful process, but MaCayla Alexander made it an absolute breeze! She was incredibly nice, deeply knowledgeable, and helped me immensely from start to finish. She ran the entire process so smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.   I’ve had an excellent experience with DHL, especially with the DHL Service Point in Austin, Texas. I’d like to give special recognition to Tyler, one of the warehouse supervisors. He went above and beyond to help me get my package on time, and I really appreciate the extra effort he made to help me. Great customer service like this makes a big difference.
