  Emely and Anthony I want to give a big shout out to both of you y'all really represent what cricket is all about I've been a customer for a long time I came in 10 minutes before you guys were about to close y'all took care of me in a hurry no attitude not being disrespectful like the other cricket wireless off 969 so unprofessional over there so rude no understanding I'm just so thankful that they're still good customer service in this world I never plan on leaving cricket it's just a shame that I have to drive way over here to you guys instead of 969 by my house but again I love cricket and I will continue to go to Emily and Anthony at the Norwood Park store because they really know how to help you and they really understand what customer service satisfaction looks like

  Cricket is truly a "customer no service". I had many issues, called and got a ticket number but no followup and very slow internet. Tried to return the phone and they said "I could sell it to a vendor for $50". Their price seems a bit lower but get ready to pay in poor service and coverage. Cheap Garbage, I spent nearly $250 starting up internet I could not use or get rid of the device. P-Austin TX
