  Katia is the most honest and helpful staff member I’ve ever seen at any Cricket location nationwide. Unlike most Cricket locations, where they trick you into buying accessories or force you to get add-ons, Katia acts honestly. She identifies what I need and acknowledges what services or items I don’t need. When porting my phone number, my previous carrier (a very bad MVNO) required me to chat with them, and it took almost 15 minutes. Katia was patient enough to wait while the process was being completed. I think the sad fact is that we live in a world where some authorized retailers make money by scamming people who don’t check their receipts, who don’t know the deal, and who don’t know what services they need, and they take advantage of these people. Many of my friends have heard about or seen Cricket deals, gone to a retailer, and gotten scammed by dishonest staff, and those staff make quick money from it. Scamming people makes money, but honesty wins long-term business. I hope this location and Katia can continue standing by their honesty. I hope the retailer and Cricket corporate can also reward Katia for her honesty.
