  This store was horrible. This is 7th Cricket store I’ve been to today and I’m beyond exhausted looking for four 16e that I was told were on promo at another store. The rep here took photos of me and the other rep took a photo of my drivers license. All of this for a freaking prepaid account. Called Cricket and contacted the BBB since for privacy concerns they are not even allowed to take photos. Rep also said they blocked me from buying phones but only gave an excuse that I went to multiple store, nah duh. I’m looking to switch for the promotion. So don’t come to this company unless you want to be pictured, called a fraud and have your personal information pictured. HUGE CPNI VIOLATION, PS. I did get one at one of there stores but after all this fiasco, I ain’t paying the bill and leaving to Metro instead. Metro just set up my account with all new iPhone 14s and didn’t ask a billion questions like they were the CIA. I still had a total of 13 other lines that I was looking at switching to Cricket but not anymore. I handle the phone lines for my family & work employer.

  Terrible service. Their app is not working to pay my bill. I go to store and they tell me they HAVE TO CHARGE $4 payment fee. I explained it is THEIR APP not working. They said OH WELL and turned their back. Then REFUSED to give me my account number which is required to port to other company! AVOID CRICKET AT ALL COSTS

  2yrs ago when I visited this location I was elated to provide 5 stars due to an employee by the name of Estrella. She was a prime example of what should be representing a company. However the current staff lead under the management of Abby have changed my impression. It is apparent they are only doing what is allotted by management due to the comfort level of their tacky display of customer service. Food for thought when apart of your job is based off off customer service when it's too difficult to provide, you should possibly try another profession. Another display of tackiness is to assume a customer is irrelevant and doesn't speak or comprehend various languages. How arrogant and unprofessional to go from speaking English to Spanish openly in front of a customer as if not capable of comprehending. It's very evident the staff is there for a check rather than to provide customer service. There's a major difference. This location is a poor example of representing the Cricket company. If I was able to give 1 star I would. Choose another location to give your money to rather than stopping here.
