  I had a great experience at this Cricket store. Zakim was very helpful and had amazing customer service. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a phone store!

  Muy lento, el chico que esta atendiendo es nuevo y esta solo, no esta preparado para vender incluso esta recibiendo instrucciones por otra chica por llamada, lleva 40 minutos con un cliente y me dijo que aun va tardar mucho que mejor si quiero ir a otra tienda, muy mal.
