Abril was super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She helped me transfer my phone back from Spectrum to Cricket, and she made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciated how patient and kind she was while helping me with everything. She’s really good at what she does, and I truly appreciate all of her help. 100% recommend her!

April at cricket was so polite and professional. Very knowledgeable in the softwares and devices and did a wonderful job. They have a broad range of devices to choose from as well! 2 of my workers now want to switch over to cricket bc the service and prices are great and they have wonderful staff.
