  That girl named Elizabeth is so rude... it was a truly awful experience. She treated my wife very badly, right in front of me. I never post about this, but her horrible comments really angered me. My wife almost cried. I hope they fire her, Elizabeth. I hope someone else makes you cry too. Y si, también hablábamos español, I needed was the cancellation of an insurance policy on my phone. Bad service...
