  They deleted my complaint. Very racist and the staff smelled like weed and were trying to be aggressive when they made the mistake. I'm ex military and I don't condone racism that's why I'm a real American I fought for this I wasn't just born here. They cater only to Mexicans and charge other races more I tested this with my white and black veteran friends. If this gets taken down understand what's going on. The manager claims to be a a district operator a manager and a cashier and the owner there's no way she owns cricket. Short Mexican lady with glasses. She even called someone to come threaten me while I was trying to get my phone. Two cars pulled up and they're standing behind me while I'm trying to pay my phone bill. I will not be threatened in the country I fought for. And I got everything done by calling a calling center in the store. If you're not Mexican don't go to this establishment they are very racist and very much on drugs they all smell like weed

  They get 2 stars because CSR was somewhat okay. They didn’t have phone we wanted. They didn’t know when it would get in. Advertised no activation fee so not at all what we expected.
