  Went to a different cricket like Emily said because she said she did not know how to process returns even though the purchase was made under a different name and the other store clerk let me know that they're known scammers. They made a new line under a fake name that I didn't authorize and I still wasn't able to receive a refund from the store. Go to ANY other cricket

  I don't remember her name, but she helped me upgrade to a new Motorola G Power 2025, and did an excellent job. She gave me some tips, put my screen protector on for me, and searched around for a darker colored phone case. It was one of the best experiences in a cell phone place Ive had.
