  When I was walking in the bad customer service rep standing outside tired to hurt and harm my hand and arm awkward enough I was able to let her know that she is not allowed to do that and then she went to the front with me and tried to act like she did nothing wrong and even tried to hide talking to the other cashier suspiciously shady and sneaky while being on her phone the previous time when she did that, very bad customer service, rude and disrespectful. Nobody does that to me Reyna Lorena Vasquez the innocent survivor. Bad customer service. Decrepit office environment unsafe and unsecure. Bad experience.
