  I went to my former provider because the touch function wouldnt let me unlock my phone and I explained that I needed the phone for work and they said they couldnt help me. I went to the Pleasant Valley location and had the worst experience too, charging extra fees and whatnot. With my last bit of hope I stopped at this location and Erika was theee best!!!! She listened to me and explained my options. Walked me through the process with my former company and they failed to help, again. Erika went above and beyond, was patient, funny, eased my mind and I was able to walk out with a phone within my budget that same day. She was straight forward and able to provide service and empathy that everybody else failed to do. I hope I spelled her name right. Thank you Erika, you truly were a lifesaver!!!!
