When I was walking in the bad customer service rep standing outside tired to hurt and harm my hand and arm awkward enough I was able to let her know that she is not allowed to do that and then she went to the front with me and tried to act like she did nothing wrong and even tried to hide talking to the other cashier suspiciously shady and sneaky while being on her phone the previous time when she did that, very bad customer service, rude and disrespectful. Nobody does that to me Reyna Lorena Vasquez the innocent survivor. Bad customer service. Decrepit office environment unsafe and unsecure. Bad experience.

This store was clean , energy was great and the staff was very helpful. Fanny took her time with me and answered any questions that I had . She made sure I was satisfied with everything before I walked out of the store. I will definitely be back to this store . If anyone is needing a new phone or any help , I would ask for her !
