  Typical Cricket store with low grade service and satisfaction. I thought only the two cricket stores in Brooklyn, NY were bad but I went here same thing... they always trying to hustle figure out what you have sign you up for a bunch of BS then the next phone bill is outrageous. Valerie.... thanks for the horrible service your guys phone doesn't even ring I asked for your business number you didn't even answer or text me back using that I tried.... Also the case you gave me was a complete rip off its a clear plastic case for a scammy price of 27 bucks when you told me it was only 27 bucks only after I was charged. How is this ugly case even worth more then $5 I don't get it I should have went online and bought one. I always tried asking you for deals and you just tried to figure a way to rip me off I will NEVER go back to Cricket ever again. If a company is to sketched out to give you a receipt you probably shouldn't go there. That's my third time I went to a Cricket Store and they didn't give me a receipt.

  I was helped big time today not sure the salesperson name or else I'd give them a shout out at the store on congress and William cannon said she was the manager? Name? I would recommend 👌

  Guys please always make sure to ask question even if they get bothered or think that you are being rude . Get receipts even if they say you getting a text because you won't. Also make sure that if you get approved with progressive leasing they are adding thing that supposedly it's a bundle they are not good thing is that I didn't go through the contract because I was gonna be paying all the credit from which I was approved for and when I asked the girl there Valerie she kept telling hold on im trying to see something. So I just let her and again I asked her that what were all those thing she was adding she kept saying they were a bundle naah I don't think so anyways I got home and looked for my receipt which was showing a different amount from I had gotten a text from so I went into my cricket account and it was showing a 242 amount when supposedly I had paid the first month's bill with activation so I did call car they did advice me to go. Back to the same store and ask for my receipt and I did ask questions again then she got all mad and said she was not gonna give me anything and did let her know that the phone was locked a still she refused again just make sure you look what they are selling you in this store and always ask question

  Yo tuve una mala experiencia con rose valeria ya que fui a dar mi pago puntual como cada mes de 85 dolares y ella me realizo un bridgepay de 35 dolares cosa que yo desconocía qué se podía hacer ahora voy a la tienda a decirle que porque no me puso mi pago completo y se aferra a que yo solo di 35 dolares aparte de todo déspota y grosera
