  Added a line for my teenager recently, they were helpful picking out a phone and getting everything set up. Took about two hours which I wasn't expecting but overall a good experience.

  I went in because my phone was having issues since yesterday. The tech at the front desk (I didn’t get his name but he glasses and a beard) was able to resolve my issue quickly and he was extremely professional! Thank you!

  There is no doubt that this has got be the best Cricket cell store in all of Austin. This is solely due to the salesman that works there by the name of Omead. This guy knows his items in and out. If he ever leaves the business that store will be in a world of hurt. There are bad reviews about this store, apparantly Omead has not talked to you or helped you. This store is great. If they don't have what you look for, they will go and pick ut up from another store while you sit and wait. They won't send you hunting for what you need.
