  Added a line for my teenager recently, they were helpful picking out a phone and getting everything set up. Took about two hours which I wasn't expecting but overall a good experience.

  I went in because my phone was having issues since yesterday. The tech at the front desk (I didn’t get his name but he glasses and a beard) was able to resolve my issue quickly and he was extremely professional! Thank you!

  New manager won't let a person return phone within 7 days and company states you can and back of receipt too,sorry customer service unless you have Hispanic hertiage, Two time Army Iraq war Vet and worst customer service of any business i have been too, Great price on service and not on phones or return policy.
