No service ever. Phone broke and had no access to the account and spent hours trying to get ahold of someone on the phone, store manager was very rude when I finally called the store instead and said I was SOL. Now I have to call my bank and make a fraud claim to cancel the payment.

I went in because my phone was having issues since yesterday. The tech at the front desk (I didn’t get his name but he glasses and a beard) was able to resolve my issue quickly and he was extremely professional! Thank you!
I would give zero stars if it was possible the person was so rude and does not have respect idk if she was high but she needs to be fired. I’m asking her a question and she’s getting disrespectful. You guys should just close down

What a terrible experience. Made to believe that leasing a phone through their third party service would be a good deal for me. Little did they explain I'd be paying $200 a month or $1800 total for a $720 phone. Such a great salesman, I hope you get your commission. Now I have to take out loans in order to buy out the lease early. After the galaxy s10 comes out I'll trade this phone into Samsung and get an unlocked s10 to take back to Verizon so I can clean my hands of these terrible manipulators.
