  Hello, we bought a SIM card and a phone from this store, and they provided us with the worst possible information and service. They sold us a 4GB phone instead of an 8GB one; when we tried to exchange it the next day, they refused, and they hadn't told us anything about the phone being network-locked.

  Extremely bad and poor service, we requested a phone with 8 RAM but they gave us a phone with 4 RAM and with false information they only intend to sell their product and also their phones are locked and cannot be used on other lines. And then when we go to complain they just say sorry

  Called and had some questions about new service with my own phone,, was placed on hold and I’m assuming I was forgot about. The girl who answered the phone didn’t have the knowledge or pricing . I called back and was hung up on. Boooo tomato tomato!
