  I went to get a extra phone line, the sales assossiate added 2 two phone lines with out my authorization. I was still at the store and told them I didn't wanted 2 extra phone lines. They told me that it was done and that it was no refund for line activation.l, no receipt no proof of anything was given l. They are running a bad business practice and anyone having a bad experience should make a complain with attorney General of Texas so they can get investigated.

  Hello, we bought a SIM card and a phone from this store, and they provided us with the worst possible information and service. They sold us a 4GB phone instead of an 8GB one; when we tried to exchange it the next day, they refused, and they hadn't told us anything about the phone being network-locked.

  Extremely bad and poor service, we requested a phone with 8 RAM but they gave us a phone with 4 RAM and with false information they only intend to sell their product and also their phones are locked and cannot be used on other lines. And then when we go to complain they just say sorry
