  The worst customer service ever came in to make a payment for my elderly Grandma that I have done numerous times. The customer service agent didn’t even want to bother looking at me let alone assist me. I told her I was here to make a payment. She said, my grandmother has to be here in person in order to make this payment. I told her I’ve done it numerous times never had. I needed to bring my elderly grandmother into the store to make a payment. She didn’t even bother looking up from her phone. I told her you know what can I please just have your managers complaint number? She said you can call the number that you called earlier and I told her OK if I called the number you’re going to be the one to answer so what does that even do for me? She says yeah well because I’m the only one here refuses to give me any kind of complaint phone number Refuses to give me the manager‘s number I asked for the manager’s name didn’t wanna give me that I asked for her name. She says I don’t give that out. I’m sorry, but I work in customer service and we have to give our first name.still making no eye contact just crossing her legs playing on her phone what kind of sales rep do you guys have running? Your store? Her customer service was disgusting. Her attitude was horrible. Maybe Crickets needs to stop hiring just anybody off the street and hire somebody that’s willing to work.

  Tired of having to pay extra because Cricket can't accept my payment through their own app! Then has the nerve to change a extra amount for paying inside their own store plus the customer service representative pretty much looked at me like I was gonna rob her so I didn't even feel comfortable talking to her
